Two Years

On Saturday Jeremy and I will be heading to Cafe Panache to celebrate our 2 year anniversary. Two years ago this week we started dating and last year on May 18th Jeremy proposed to me in Wellfleet MA, which was a complete surprise. I remember it like it was yesterday...
We drove to Wellfleet MA to spend time at a beach house his sister had rented for the weekend. When we arrived at the house it was pouring rain and we were the only ones there and we explored a little and he had me sit on the bed. He looked into my eyes and recapped our year together, when he was done, he reached into his pocket and pulled out a small box, handing it to me he could see the terror in my eyes. I grasped the box and opened it... inside sparked a diamond engagement ring and with that he asked, "Do you want to get married?" I closed the box, without taking the ring out and started nodding my head. He was confused so he asked again, I cried, "Yes" and he put the ring on my finger. Three weeks later we moved into our new home.
