I used a loom to knit a sweater for Spanky today. My goal was to make it look like he wasn't wearing a sweater at all. I think he finds it toasty warm.

I have been dabbling in knitting and crocheting for some time now. I have not been able to really "get into it" because I am always messing my projects up and it feels like all I have been doing to restarting things. The other night my mother came over and started talking about this kind of knitting that I did as a child. After some googling we discovered that it is called Loom Knitting. I am an instant gratification person, so the next day I ran out to Michael's Craft store and bought a set of Knifty Knitter looms. I finished my first project, a simple hat in ONE DAY. Yay.
